| 目的：研究细胞周期素依赖性激酶抑制蛋白27（p27kip1）和细胞S 相激酶相关蛋白2（skp2）在肺癌癌组织中的表达及意义。方
法：选取于我院就诊的72 例肺癌患者的肺癌组织和20 例癌旁正常肺组织，采用免疫组化技术检测标本中p27kip1和skp2 的表达，
并分析其与患者的临床病理之间的关系。结果：skp2 在肺癌组织中的表达高于正常肺组织，而p27kip1在肺癌组织中的表达低于
正常肺组织，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05），且两者的表达呈负相关关系，相关系数r=-0.855（P<0.05），skp2 的表达与肺癌组织学
类型、分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结有无转移、吸烟与否及p27kip1蛋白表达有关（P<0.05）。结论：p27kip1低表达和skp2 高表达可能
是肺癌发生发展的重要原因，可应用于临床诊治肺癌患者和判断预后。 |

| Objective:To explore the expression and the clinical meaning of p27kip1 and skp2 in lung cancer.Methods:Choose 72
cases of lung tissue of lung cancer patients who have been treated in our hospital and 20 cases of paraneoplastic normal lung tissue as
control group, immunohistochemistry technology was used in test the expression of p27kip1 and skp2 in the sample, analyse the
relationship with the patient's clinical pathology.Results:The expression of skp2 in lung cancer tissue were higher than in normal lung
tissue, but the expression of p27kip1 in lung cancer tissue were lower than in normal lung tissue (P<0.05). The expression of them is in
negative correlated, coefficient correlation r =-0.855（P<0.05）. The expression of skp2 was related with the histological subtype, cellular
differentiation, TNMstage, lymph mode metastases, smoking and expression of p27kip1（P<0.05）Conclusion:The lower expression of
p27kip1 and higher expression of skp2 maybe are an important reason for the incidence and development of lung cancer, which could
applied to clinical diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer patients. |
