| 目的：探讨核周型抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体（P-ANCA）在狼疮性肾炎（LN）中的临床意义。方法：应用酶联免疫吸附分析
（ELISA）的方法，检测92 例LN 患者血清中的P-ANCA 及其他自身抗体的水平，并进一步分析P-ANCA 与LN 的临床表现以及
辅助检查结果之间的关系。结果：P-ANCA 在LN 中的阳性率是21.8 %（20/92），P-ANCA 阳性组LN 患者合并颧部红斑、皮肤血管
炎、贫血以及补体C3 偏低的频率均显著高于P-ANCA 阴性组LN 患者（P<0.05）。结论：P-ANCA 在LN 中的阳性率为21.8 %，且
P-ANCA 与SLE 特定的临床表现相关，提示P-ANCA 可能参与了LN 的发病过程。 |

| Objective: To elucidate the clinical significance of serum perinuclear antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies (P-ANCA)
in patients with lupus nephritis (LN). Methods: P-ANCA was detected in serum samples obtained from 92 patients with LN by
emzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The relationship between P-ANCA and clinical manifestations and other autoantibodies
were analyzed. Results: P-ANCA positive was detected in 21.8 % (20/92) patients. The prevalence of malar rash, cutaneous small vasculitis,
central nervous system involved, anemia and hypocomplementemia were all significantly higher in P-ANCA-positive patients than
P-ANCA-negative patients (P<0.05). Conclusions: The prevalence of P-ANCA was 21.8 % in LN and its presence was correlated with
particular clinical manifestations, indicating that P-ANCA may play a pathogenetic role in LN. |
