Wnt/β-catenin、NF-κB 等多个信号传导通路,其生物学作用与肿瘤细胞的生长、增殖及凋亡过程密切相关;但是GSK3β 在不同类
型肿瘤中承担的角色是相反的,如在消化系统肿瘤中起到促癌作用,在乳腺癌、肺癌等肿瘤中表现为抑制作用。总结近年来
GSK3β 在恶性肿瘤中的作用及研究现状做一综述。 |

Glycogen synthase kinase 3β (of GSK3β) is a Ser/Thr protein kinase, as a multifunctional protein kinase, through its
wide range of activity regulation, multiple signal transduction pathways involved in tumor formation. The evidence suggests a link between
key plays in most tumors that control transcription, acceleration cell progression, activation of invasion/metastasis and anti-apoptosis,
and regulation of these factors by GSK3β. Moreover, the major upstream kinases of GSK3β and their oncogenic activation by several
etiological agents of cancer support this hypothesis. And recent developments suggest an active role of GSK3β in various human cancers
either as atumor suppressor or as a tumor promoter. In spite of all this evidence, a detailed analysis of the role of GSK3β in cancer and of
its therapeutic potential has yet to be conducted by the scientific community. The focus of this review is to discuss the multitude of roles
of GSK3β, its possible role in controlling different oncogenic events. |
