| RAW264.7 has doughty capability of adhesion and antigen phagocytosis, so it is commonly used in microbiology and
immunology. However, many researchers find that the cell is very unstable because of its morphous variation, and it is difficult to value
its state. In this paper we mainly discussed the skills and experience in culturing RAW264.7 and method of evaluating cell state. We hope
to provide some references to researchers who would culture such cell line. |
