      目的:探讨变应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis AR)鼻黏膜组织是否存在重塑并检测与组织重塑密切相关的转化生长因子β1(TGF- β1)在AR 患者鼻黏膜组织中的表达及意义。方法:取健康自愿者、轻度间歇性AR 患者、重度持续性AR 患者的中鼻甲黏膜组织 各10 例。苏木素伊红(HE)染色法观察嗜酸细胞浸润并测定上皮损伤情况;阿辛蓝- 过碘酸- 希夫(AB-PAS)染色法计数杯状细 胞数;三色胶原(MT)染色测定细胞外基质沉积面积百分比。酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定组织中TGF-β1 的表达。结果:①对 照组无明显嗜酸细胞浸润,两鼻炎组较多嗜酸细胞浸润(P <0.01),②轻度AR 组中仅上皮细胞损伤1 级比对照组明显(P< 0.01),重 度AR 组上皮损伤1、2、3 级均比对照组明显(P< 0.01),③两鼻炎组杯状细胞数明显多于对照组(P 值均< 0.01),④与对照组相比, 轻度AR 组胶原沉积面积增多,但无统计学意义(P>0.05),重度AR 组明显增多(P<0.01),⑤TGF-β1 在两鼻炎组黏膜中的表达均 比对照组显著增高(P<0.01);重度AR 组TGF-β1 的表达均比轻度AR 组增高,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:AR 的鼻黏膜组织 发生了重塑,表现为:上皮细胞损伤,杯状细胞化生,细胞外基质沉积,重度AR 患者的鼻黏膜重塑更强,更广泛。TGF-β1 积极参与 了AR 鼻黏膜组织的重塑过程。

      Objective: To explore whether there was remodeling and the protein expression of transforming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1) in the nasal mucosa of allergic rhinitis (AR) patients. Methods: Pathology staining explore the middle turbinate tissues from 10 patients with light-AR,from 10 patients with heavy-AR, from 10 non-AR. The infiltrating of eosinophils and damage of epithelium were examined by the hematoxylin and eosin staining (HE); goblet cell hyperplasia were counted by the alcian blue-periodic acid-Schiff staining (AB-PAS); the percentage area of extracellular matrix ( ECM) deposition were used by the masson's Trichrome Staining (MT); the protein expression of TGF-β1 in the middle turbinate tissues was detected by the enzyme-linked immunosorbent Assay(ELISA). Results: Compared with the control group significant eosinophil infiltration and goblet cells was observed in both AR groups (P<0.01). Evident epithelial damage and ECM deposition were observed in heavy-AR group(P< 0.01). The expression of TGF-β1 in AR tissues was significant higher (P<0.01). Conclusions: The nasal mucosa remodeling were observed in AR groups: eosinophils infiltration, epithelial damage, goblet cells hyperplasia and ECM deposition. TGF-β1 may play a role in the tissue remodeling processes.
