      国内外对导致肺纤维化的肺部疾病中诱导型一氧化氮合酶(inducible nitric oxide synthase, iNOS)基因在NF-κB 参与诱导活 化下,催化合成的一氧化氮(nitric oxide, NO)在肺纤维化过程中发挥细胞保护性及细胞毒性双重作用的研究已取得一些进展。本 文主要阐述iNOS 基因在NF-κB 诱导活化下合成的NO 与肺纤维化的关系,从而为NO 作用的双重性和网络性及NO 与肺纤维 化关系的研究提供一些线索。
英文摘要:
      The inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) gene, which cause pulmonary fibrosis disease, catalyze and synthesize nitric oxide (NO) when NF-κ B is involved in the activation. Nitric oxide play a protective role as well as a cytotoxic role during pulmonary fibrosis. Research at home and overseas has made some progress on this dual effect. This article focuses on the association of synthesized NOand pulmonaryfibrosis, so as to provide some clues for further research on dual role ofNOand its network and relationshipwith pulmonary fibrosis research.
