| MicroRNA(miRNA)是真核生物中一类内源性、长约22 个核苷酸的非编码小分子RNA，参与基因转录后水平调控。miRNA
的突变或者异常表达，与大多数癌症的发生发展有关，且与某些抗肿瘤药物疗效密切相关。因此，miRNA 在癌症的诊断、预后、治
疗和指导肿瘤个体化用药方面具有一定的临床应用潜力，是肿瘤生物治疗领域的一个新亮点。本文即对miRNA 在诊断和治疗肿
瘤方面的应用现状作一综述。 |

| MicroRNA(miRNA) is a class of endogenous, small, noncoding RNAs, about 22 nucleotides in length, functioning as
posttranscriptional gene regulators. miRNA mutation and abnormal expression were found to correlate with the initiation and progression
of human cancers and therapeutic effects of some antitumor drugs as well. Hence, miRNA shows potential applications in cancer diagnosis,
staging, prognosis and treatment, which make it a highlight in the field of tumor biological therapy. This review provides an overview
of the application of miRNA in cancer diagnosis and therapy. |
