测42 例胆管癌患者的外周血sMICA 的表达水平,分析其与临床病理特征的关系。结果：胆管癌患者血清sMICA 水平显著高于正
常对照组(P< 0.01)；胆管癌患者血清中sMICA 的表达水平与血清中CA19-9 水平、肿瘤浸润及淋巴结转移等临床病理特征密切相
关(P<0.05) ；手术后胆管癌患者血清中sMICA 水平明显下降。结论：胆管癌患者血清中sMICA 水平明显增高,血清sMICA 可作为
胆管癌诊断的一种重要的指标。 |

| Objective: To investigate the expression of serum soluble MICA protein in peripheral blood in the patients with
cholangiocarcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods: Samples of 42 cholangiocarcinoma patients and 40 healthy persons were collected
to detect Serum levels of sMICA by MICA-specific enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The association of serum sMICA levels
wth clinical features were statistically analyzed. Results: The serum levels of sMICA was found to be significantly elevated in the patients
with cholangiocarcinoma compared with heathy subjects (P<0.01). The levels of sMICA correlated significantly with CA19-9 level,
tumor infltration and lymph node metastasis (all P<0.05). The successful tumor resection significantly decreased serum levels of soluble
MICA. Conclusion: Serum MICA levels of patients with cholangiocarcinoma are significantly increased, it is one of the important parameters
for clinical evaluation in patients with cholangiocarcinoma. |
