| 目的：探讨甲钴胺联合高能激光治疗带状疱疹疗效及护理方法。方法：自2008年1月至2010年3月入院的81 例带状疱疹
患者分为两组,治疗组予甲钴胺、单磷酸阿糖腺苷和高能激光联合治疗并配合精心护理，对照组仅予单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗,两组均
在治疗第10天时观察症状及体征的变化。患者出院后随访半年。结果：治疗组与对照组有效率分别为90.2 %和56.4 % ,差异有统
计学意义( P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组的止疱时间( 1.4 ±1.1 天vs 2.6±1.3 天) 、结痂时间(5.4±1.4 天vs 8.1±1.5 天)和止痛时间
(3.0±1.6天vs 5.8±3.3天),以及治疗后两组患者直观模拟尺评分结果(2.95±1.45 vs 3.97±1.85)差异有统计学意义( P< 0.05)。随
访半年结果治疗组出现后遗神经痛较对照组少（P<0.05）。结论：甲钴胺联合高能激光治疗带状疱疹并配合精心护理有利于取得良
好的临床治疗效果。 |

| Objective: To explore clinical therapy efficacy and the nursing approach of methylcobalamin combined with high-energy
laser on treating Herpes Zoster. Methods: 81 cases with herpes zoster from January 2008 to March 2010 were divided into two
groups. The patients in test group were treated with a combination of methylcobalamin, high-energy laser and vidarabine monophosphate,
and meticulous nursing was carried out simultaneously. The control group was treated only with vidarabine monophosphate. The symptoms
and signs of patients were observed respectively and recorded on tenth day. Patients were followed up six months after discharging
from hospital. Results: The effective rates of test group and control group were 90.2% and 56.4% respectively (P< 0.05). There was significant
difference between test group and control test on the time of blister recession (1.4 ±1.1 days versus 2.6±1.3 days), the onset of
incrustation (5.4±1.4days versus 8.1±1.5days) , the time of pain alleviation (3.0±1.6 days versus 5.8±3.3 days) and Visual analogue
scale (VAS) assessment of scores (2.95±1.45 versus 3.97±1.85)(P<0.05). Half year follow-up results showed less consequential neuralgia
appeared in test group than in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: It is an optimal choice to combine therapy of methylcobalamin,
high-energy laser and vidarabine monophosphate, and meticulous nursing process for the treatment of Herpes Zoster. |
