      近年来食源性疾病的发生让食品安全与卫生问题受到人们的高度关注。引起食源性疾病的常见芽孢杆菌包括蜡样芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)和短小芽孢杆菌等。在保守序列高度相似的芽孢杆菌菌属的鉴定中,单独使用16S小亚基单位核糖体核糖核酸(16S rRNA)序列进行比对和进化树构建通常无法准确鉴定到种,需要增加测序基因并对多基因序列进行分析。本研究从腹泻、呕吐的成人肛拭中分离得到一株芽孢杆菌,通过分析其表型、生理生化特性以及16S rRNA基因结合TU翻译延长因子(tuf) 和别藻蓝蛋白(rapC)基因序列,构建进化树以确定该菌株的分类学地位,旨在为进一步了解其毒性及致病性等生物学功能奠定基础。

      Abstract:In recent years,the occurrence of foodborne diseases has attracted high attention to food safety and hygiene issues. Common bacillus that cause foodborne diseases include bacillus cereus, bacillus licheniformis, bacillus subtilis (Bacillus subtilis), and bacillus pumilus. In the identification of bacillus genera with highly similar conserved sequences, the use of 16s small subunit ribosomal ribonucleic acid (16S rRNA) sequences alone for alignment and evolutionary tree construction often cannot accurately identify species, requiring the addition of sequencing gene and analysis of multi gene sequences. This study isolated a strain of bacillus from adult anal swabs with diarrhea and vomiting. by analyzing its phenotype, physiological and biochemical characteristics, as well as the 16S rRNA gene combined with TU translation elongation factor (tuf) and allophycocyanin (rapC) gene sequences, an evolutionary tree was constructed to determine the taxonomic status of the strain, aiming to lay the foundation for further understanding its biological functions such as toxicity and pathogenicity.
