      目的:基于白细胞介素(IL)-23/IL-17轴和肠道菌群分析加味白头翁汤联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的治疗作用。方法:采用随机数字表法,将我院2022年5月至2024年5月期间收治的138例UC患者分为对照组(69例,常规治疗)和研究组(69例,常规治疗联合加味白头翁汤)。比较两组中医证候积分、肠黏膜屏障功能指标、血清IL-23、IL-17水平、粪便肠道菌群变化情况。结果:与对照组相比,研究组治疗后主症积分、次症积分、总分、二胺氧化酶(DAO)、内毒素(ET)、D-乳酸(D-LA)、IL-23、IL-17、酵母菌值、梭菌值更低,双歧杆菌值、乳杆菌值更高(P<0.05)。结论:加味白头翁汤联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗UC,能有效改善患者临床症状,有助于肠粘膜屏障功能恢复,可能与调节粪便肠道菌群和IL-23/IL-17轴有关。

      Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of Jiawei Baitouweng decoction combine with bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets on ulcerative colitis (UC) base on interleukin (IL)-23/IL-17 axis and intestinal flora. Methods: Using random number table method, 138 UC patients who were admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to May 2024 were divided into control group (69 cases, conventional treatment) and study group (69 cases, conventional treatment combined with Jiawei Baitouweng decoction). The changes of traditional chinese medicine syndrome scores, intestinal mucosal barrier function indexes, serum IL-23, IL-17 levels and fecal intestinal flora were compared between two groups. Results: Compared with control group, the main symptom scores, secondary symptom scores, total scores, diamine oxidase (DAO), endotoxin (ET), D-lactic acid (D-LA), IL-23, IL-17, yeast value, clostridium value were lower, and bifidobacterium value and lactobacillus value were higher in study group after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion: Jiawei Baitouweng decoction combine with bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets in the treatment of UC, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, and contribute to the recovery of intestinal mucosal barrier function, which may be related to the regulation of fecal intestinal flora and IL-23/IL-17 axis.
