摘要 目的:探究二术二陈汤联合有氧运动、阻抗运动对2型糖尿病患者心肺功能、血糖控制效果。方法:选择2017年5月~2022年7月本院收治的60例2型糖尿病患者为本次研究对象,随机数字表法分组,观察组,n=30,对照组,n=30。对照组进行基础治疗,对照组用药基础上,联合二术二陈汤+有氧及阻抗运动治疗观察组。比较心肺功能、血管内皮功能、血糖控制效果、不良反应。结果:治疗后,观察组舒张末期容积(EDV)、左室收缩末期容积(ESV)、内皮素-1(ET-1)显著低于对照组,而一氧化氮(NO)、内皮依赖性血管舒张功能(FMD)、1 s用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1/FVC显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)指标水平,与治疗前比较,观察组及对照组均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应率为20.00 %,对照组不良反应率为23.33 %,观察组与对照组比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论:二术二陈汤联合有氧运动、阻抗运动可有效提升2型糖尿病患者心肺功能,改善血管内皮功能,降低血糖水平,且安全性较高。 |

ABSTRACT Objective: To explore the effects of Erchen Decoction combined with aerobic exercise and impedance exercise on cardiopulmonary function and blood glucose control in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods: Sixty patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to July 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study. They were divided into observation group (n=30) and control group (n=30) by random number table method. The control group was treated with basic therapy, and the control group was treated with the combination of Erjiao Er Chen Tang + aerobic and impedance exercise on the basis of medication for the observation group. Compare the cardiopulmonary function, vascular endothelial function, blood glucose control effect, and adverse reactions. Results: Post-treatment, end-diastolic volume (EDV), left ventricular end-systolic volume (ESV), and endothelin-1 (ET-1) were lower in the observation group than in the control group, while nitric oxide (NO), endothelium-dependent vasodilatory function (FMD), 1 s forceful expiratory volume (FEV1), and FEV1/FVC were higher than in the control group (P<0.05). Post-treatment, fasting blood glucose (FBG), 2 h postprandial blood glucose (2hPBG) and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) index levels in observation group and control group were decreased compared with pre-treatment, and observation group was lower than control group (P<0.05). The adverse reaction rate was 20.00 % and 23.3 3% in the control group, with no difference between the observation group and the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion: Erchen Decoction combined with aerobic exercise and impedance exercise can effectively improve the cardiopulmonary function, vascular endothelial function and blood glucose level in patients with type 2 diabetes, with high safety. |
