摘要 目的:探讨与分析血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平与老年卵巢良恶性肿瘤的相关性。方法:2018年8月至2021年4月选择在本院诊治的老年卵巢癌患者72例与老年良性卵巢肿瘤患者72例作为恶性组与良性组,同期选择在本院进行健康体检的老年人72例作为正常组。检测三组血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平、血清肿瘤标志物水平并进行相关性分析。结果:恶性组、良性组的血清TC、TG和LDL-C水平高于正常组,恶性组高于良性组(P<0.05);三组的血脂异常率分别为77.8 %、44.4 %和6.9 %,对比有差异(P<0.05)。恶性组、良性组的血清CA125、CA153和CA199水平高于正常组,恶性组高于良性组(P<0.05)。在老年卵巢肿瘤144例患者中,偏相关分析显示:TC、TG、LDL-C、CA125、CA153、CA199与卵巢癌存在相关性(P<0.05);Pearson分析显示:TC、TG、LDL-C与CA125、CA153、CA199存在相关性(P<0.05)。二元Logistic回归分析显示:TC、TG、LDL-C均为导致卵巢癌发生的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:老年卵巢良恶性肿瘤患者多伴随有血清TC、TG和LDL-C水平的异常,与血清肿瘤标志物水平存在相关性,是引发老年卵巢癌发生的重要因素。 |

ABSTRACT Objective: To explore and analysis the relationship between serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) levels and elderly ovarian benign and malignant tumors. Methods: From August 2018 to April 2021, 72 cases of elderly patients with ovarian cancer and 72 cases of elderly patients with benign ovarian tumors who were diagnosed and treated in this hospital were selected as the malignant group and the benign group, and 72 cases of elderly peoples who underwent physical examination in this hospital were selected as the normal group during the same period. The three groups of serum TC, TG, LDL-C levels were detected, and the serum tumor marker levels were detected and correlation analysis were performed. Results: The serum TC, TG and LDL-C levels of the malignant group and the benign group were different with the normal group(P<0.05), and the malignant group were higher than that of the benign group (P<0.05); the dyslipidemia rates of the three groups were 77.8 %, 44.4 % and 6.9 % respectively(P<0.05). The levels of serum CA125, CA153 and CA199 in the malignant group and the benign group were different with the normal group (P<0.05), and the malignant group were higher than the benign group (P<0.05). In the 144 elderly patients with ovarian tumors, partial correlation analysis showed that TC, TG, LDL-C, CA125, CA153, CA199 were correlated with ovarian cancer (P<0.05); Pearson analysis showed that TC, TG, LDL-C were corrlated to the CA125, CA153, CA199 (P<0.05). Binary Logistic regression analysis shows that TC, TG, LDL-C were all influencing factors leaded to the occurrence of ovarian cancer(P<0.05). Conclusion: Elderly patients with benign and malignant ovarian tumors are mostly accompanied the abnormalities in serum TC, TG, LDL-C levels, which are correlated with serum tumor marker levels, and are the important factors leading to the occurrence of ovarian cancer in the elderly. |
