ABSTRACT Objective: To analyze the correlation between resilience and quality of life, anxiety and depression, and medical coping style in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods: 142 patients with AMI in our hospital from March 2019 to August 2020 were selected. Cd-risc and self rating quality of life scale were used Psychological resilience, quality of life, anxiety and depression and medical coping style were assessed by WHOQOL-BREF, Zung self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS), Zung self rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Medical Coping Style Questionnaire(mcmq). Compared with the domestic norm, Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between resilience score and quality of life score, anxiety and depression score and medical coping style score It's about sex. Results: Results: The scores of strength, tenacity, optimism and the total score of cd-risc of AMI patients were lower than those of domestic norm(P<0.05). The average scores of psychology, physiology, social relationship, environment and WHOQOL-BREF of AMI patients were lower than those of the domestic norm(P<0.05). The SAS and SDS scores of AMI patients were higher than the domestic norm(P<0.05). The avoidance and yield scores of AMI patients were higher than the domestic norm, while the face scores were lower than the domestic norm (P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that cd-risc was positively correlated with WHOQOL-BREF average score and face score, but negatively correlated with SAS, SDS, avoidance and yield score(P<0.05). Conclusion: The level of resilience of patients with AMI is significantly related to anxiety and depression, quality of life and medical coping style. Corresponding measures should be taken to improve the ability of patients to cope with diseases. By improving the resilience of patients with AMI, anxiety and depression can be alleviated, and the quality of life can be improved. |
