      摘要 目的:探讨改良皮片4℃低温保存方法在创面二次植皮治疗中的应用效果。方法:①动物实验:健康成年豚鼠3只,处死后,取背部皮肤做成32个1 cm×1 cm小皮样,随机分为新鲜皮组、庆大盐水保存组、RPMI保存组,改良RPMI保存组进行4℃保存;1周后测定皮肤活力;②临床实验:观察自2018年10月至2018年12月,二期植皮患者33例,应用改良RPMI 4℃低温保存皮肤二期回植的患者16例,与重新取皮植皮患者17例比较其皮片成活率。结果:动物实验证实:改良RPMI保存组4℃保存组在皮肤储存1周时皮肤平均活力较庆大盐水保存组、RPMI保存组高(P<0.05);临床实验证实:改良RPMI保存组与重新植皮的皮片平均成活率没有显著性差别(P>0.05)。结论:改良4℃断层皮片低温保存方法可短期内保存皮肤较高的活力,是皮片再利用的一种有效方法。

      ABSTRACT Objective: To study the application value of modified 4℃ skin cryopreservation technique for the wound needing second skin grafting. Methods: ①Animal experiment: 3 healthy adult guinea pigs were sacrificed. 32 1 cm×1 cm pieces of skin taken from the back were randomly divided into 4 groups: the fresh skin group, Gentamicin-brine group, RPMI group, improved RPMI group. After 1 week, the viability of skins were measured. ②Clinical experiment: 16 cases of patients needking secondary skin-grafting from October 2018 to December 2018 were selected, 16 cases were griven improved RPMI 4℃ cryopreservation and the other 17 cases were given needing skin-grafting. The skin-grafting survival rates were evaluated. Results: Animal experiment: the average viability of skins in improved RPMI 4℃ cryopreservation group were higher than the Gentamicin-brine group and RPMI group after 1 week (P<0.05). Clinical experiment: there was no significant difference in the skin-grafting survival rate between the improved RPMI cryopreservation group and the new skin-grafting group (P>0.05). Conclusion: Improved RPMI 4℃ cryopreservation technique is an effective method to reuse the skins by keeping the high viability for a short time.
