      摘要 目的:探讨在降糖药的基础上联合应用电针治疗糖尿病并发周围性面瘫的临床疗效及对氧化应激的影响。方法:选取2017年1月至2017年12月我院收治的糖尿病并发周围性面瘫患者78例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组39例与对照组39例,对照组采取常规控制血糖处理及补充维生素,观察组在对照组的基础上联合应用电针疗法,比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后电生理指标以及氧化应激指标水平的变化。结果:治疗后,观察组的总有效率为94.87%,显著高于对照组(71.79%,P<0.05);两组患者的CMAP波幅均较治疗前显著提高,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的R1波潜伏期均较治疗前明显缩短,且观察组显著短于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的MDA均较治疗前显著降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的SOD、GSH-Px均较治疗前显著升高,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在降糖药的基础上联合应用电针治疗糖尿病并发周围性面瘫的疗效显著优于单用降糖药治疗,可能与其显著减轻机体氧化应激水平有关。

      ABSTRACT Objective: To explore the clinical effect of electro acupuncture combined with hypoglycemic agents on the diabetic peripheral facial paralysis and its effect on the oxidative stress. Methods: 78 cases of diabetic patients with peripheral facial paralysis treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the subjects, and they were randomly divided into 39 cases in the observation group and 39 cases in the control group. The control group was given routine blood glucose control and vitamin supplementation, while the observation group was given electro acupuncture therapy on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, electrophysiological indexes and oxidative stress indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was 94.87%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (71.79%, P<0.05). The CMAP amplitudes of both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, which was significantly higher in the observation group than that of the control group (P<0.05). The R1 wave latency of both groups were significantly shorter than those before treatment, which was significantly shorter in the observation group than that of the control group (P<0.05). The MDA level of both groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment, which was significantly lower in the observation group than that of the control group (P<0.05); The SOD and GSH-Px of both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, it was significantly higher in the observation group than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: On the basis of hypoglycemic agents, the combined use of electroacupuncture is significantly better than the hypoglycemic agent treatment alone in the treatment of diabetic peripheral facial paralysis, which may be related to significantly reduce the oxidative stress level.
