摘要 目的:观察盐酸氨基葡萄糖对膝骨关节炎(Knee osteoarthritis,KOA)患者血清IL-1β和TNF-α水平的影响及临床治疗效果。方法:将128例KOA患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊,对照组口服双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊,各组均以8周为一个疗程。用流式细胞仪微球阵列法检测两组患者治疗前后血清IL-1β和TNF-α水平,比较两组治疗前后膝关节功能WOMAC评分、疼痛VAS评分的变化及疼痛缓解时间。结果:治疗后,两组患者血清IL-1β和TNF-α的水平均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),WOMAC评分较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),且治疗组血清IL-1β和TNF-α的水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而WOM- AC评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者疼痛VAS评分和疼痛缓解时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊能明显改善KOA患者膝关节功能,缓解膝关节局部的疼痛,可能与其显著降低患者血清IL-1β和TNF-α的水平有关。 |

ABSTRACT Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of glucosamine hydrochloride capsule in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA) and its effect on the levels of serum IL-1, KOA and TNF-alpha. Methods: 128 cases of patients with KOA were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was treated by the Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsule, and the control group was treated by the Diclofenac Sodium Sustained Release Capsules. Each group was treated for 8 weeks as a course of treatment. The serum IL-1β and alpha TNF-α levels were detected by flow cytometric bead array and compared between two groups before and after treatment; the change of WOMAC score, VAS pain score before and after treatment and pain relief time were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the serum IL-1β and TNF-α levels were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), WOMAC score was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05), and the serum levels of IL-1β and TNF-α levels were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05), while the WOMAC score was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the VAS score and pain relief time between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsules can significantly improve the knee function and relieve the local pain of KOA pa- tients, which may be related to the significant reduction of serum IL-1β and TNF-α levels. |
