摘要:上皮-间质转变(epithelial to mesenchymal transition,EMT)即成熟组织中的上皮细胞转变成具有迁移能力的间质细胞,该过程在恶性肿瘤的侵袭和转移过程中发挥重要作用。随着肿瘤的发生发展,细胞在恶性转变的同时往往会发生代谢方式的重编程,从依赖线粒体氧化磷酸化产生ATP的代谢方式转变为通过糖酵解途径吸收和利用葡萄糖。本文主要对肿瘤糖代谢重编程与细胞EMT转变关系的研究进展进行了综述。 |

ABSTRACT: Epithelial to mesenchymal transition (EMT) refers to the procedure that epithelial cells transform to mesenchymal cells with transfer ability, which plays an important role in the progress of tumor invasion and metastasis. During the progression process, cancer cells always reprogram the metabolic way, which means replacing the way of glucose utilization to produce ATP via glycolysis in- stead of the oxidative phosphorylation in mitochondria. This review summarizes the current progress in the research filed of the contact between the tumor sugar metabolic reprogramming and EMT. |
