摘要:窖蛋白-1(Caveolin-1,Cav-1) 作为胞膜窖的标志蛋白,介导许多生理和病理过程,包括胞膜窖的形成、膜泡运输、维持细胞胆固醇稳态、信号转导和肿瘤的发生。Cav-1广泛存在于多种肺部细胞中,在急性肺损伤(acute lung injury, ALI)中扮演着十分重要的角色。其中ALI的严重阶段急性呼吸窘迫综合征(acute respiratory distress syndrome,ARDS)的发病率和死亡率非常高。近年来,许多研究表明Cav-1在ALI的发病机理中起到至关重要的作用。文中就近年来Cav-1与急性肺损伤的关系及其在ALI发生和发展过程中的作用进行综述。 |

ABSTRACT: As a kind of marker protein of caveolae, Caveolin-1 (Cav-1) mediates multiple physiological and pathological processes, including the formation of caveolae, vesicular transport, maintenance of the homeostasis of cellular cholesterol, signal transduction and tumor genesis. Cav-1 is extensively present in multiple lung cells, and it plays an extremely important role in acute lung injury (ALI). The morbidity and mortality of the severe stage of ALI, the acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) are extremely high. In recent years, a lot of research has demonstrated that Cav-1 plays an essential role in the pathogenesis of ALI. This paper reviewed the relations between Cav-1 and ALI, as well as its role in the genesis and development of ALI. |
