摘要:对于严重膝关节骨性关节炎的患者,全膝关节置换术(total knee arthroplasty,TKA)被认为是目前最有效的治疗方式,而术中胫骨假体的旋转对线是影响全膝关节置换术后治疗效果的重要因素之一。目前全膝关节置换术中胫骨假体旋转对线的方法很多,包括与胫骨结节相关的解剖标志、Akagi轴、ROM技术、计算机导航技术等,但尚无一种方法被广泛接受。我们就全膝关节置换术中的胫骨旋转对线的常用方法进行综述,以期为临床医生术中方法的选择和进一步研究提供参考。 |

ABSTRACT: Total knee arthroplasty(TKA) has been regarded as the most effective surgery for patients with severe knee osteoarthritis. Rotational alignment of tibial component in TKA is one of the important factors which can affect the clinical outcome of the surgery. At present, there are many techniques including anatomical landmarks related to tibial tuberosity, Akagi line, range of motion technique, computer-assisted TKA and so on, but none of them has been accepted by all. This article reviewed common techniques in surgery in order to provide some references for clinician to select the technique and do further research. |
