摘要:腰椎管狭窄是老年人群中常见疾病,其中,黄韧带肥厚是导致腰椎管狭窄的重要原因。黄韧带肥厚的病理表现为弹性纤维减少,排列紊乱,胶原纤维蛋白聚糖增多,且多发生在黄韧带背侧。最新的研究表明黄韧带肥厚与很多生化分子的相互作用有关,包括炎性介质、细胞因子和微小RNA。黄韧带肥厚的发生过程为机械应力作用使黄韧带发生炎症反应,产生多种炎症介质,与其它多种生化分子发生相互作用诱导组织修复,发生纤维化,最终引起黄韧带的肥厚。该文对黄韧带肥厚的分子机制研究进展做一综述。 |

ABSTRACT: Lumbar spinal canal stenosis is a common disease in elderly patients. One of the main causes of lumbar spinal canal stenosis is ligamentum flavum hypertrophy. The pathology of ligamentum flavum hypertrophy is the loss and disorder of elastic fibers, the proliferation of collagen fibers and proteoglycan, it typically happens on the dorsal side. The latest studies reported that the ligamentum flavum hypertrophy is closely correlated with many biochemical molecules, which include inflammatory mediators, cytokines and microRNA. The process of ligamentum flavum hypertrophy presented the inflammatory responses in ligamentum flavum cells induced by mechanical pressure, the production of inflammatory mediators and other biochemical molecules, and the tissue repair and fibrosis induced by the interaction of those biochemical molecules. This article makes a review of the molecular mechanism of ligamentum flavum hypertrophy. |
