      摘要:多糖包被(glycocalyx,GCX)是内皮表层(endothelial surface layer,ESL)的主要成份,覆盖于大多数内皮细胞表面,其主要成分是糖蛋白和蛋白聚糖。GCX不仅可作为血管通透性的屏障,而且具有信号传导等多种生物学功能。研究GCX的主要手段有电镜技术、活体显微镜显影及功能性分析。GCX降解产物可作为反映血管损伤的生物标志物以及机体在不同病理条件下可靠的诊断或预后评估指标。GCX降解与疾病进展密切相关,通过药物干预预防GCX降解、减轻炎症已成为近年研究的热点。通过GCX对血管通透性的生物学调节及有效干预将为危重症患者的临床救治开启一扇新的大门。本文主要就GCX的结构、生理功能、病理生理、检测方法、临床应用等方面的研究进展进行了综述。
英文摘要:
      ABSTRACT: Glycocalyx (GCX) is the major constituent of endothelial surface layer (ESL), which covers most of the surface of the endothelial cells, with major components of glycoprotein and proteoglycans. GCX is not only considered as a barrier for vascular permeability, but also has multiple biological functions including signal sensing and transmission. The major methods observing GCX are transmission electron microscopy, in vivo microscopy techniques and functional analysis. GCX degradation can be considered as a biomarker reflecting vascular injury, and can also be a reliable diagnostic or prognostic indicator under different pathologic conditions. GCS degradation is closely related with disease progression, and prevention of GCX degradation by pharmacological intervention and relieve inflammation have become the study warm spots in recent years. Biological regulation of vascular permeability by GCX and its effective intervention will open a new way on clinical treatment of critical patients. This article mainly reviews the structure, physiologic function, pathophysiology, detection method and clinical application of GCX.
