摘要:斑马鱼作为新型模式生物被广泛利用在生命科学研究领域,本文综述了近年来活体斑马鱼体内离子的新近标记方法和观测技术。近年来,人们利用斑马鱼生物特性上的诸多优点,采取多种方式对各种离子在斑马鱼体内的转运和代谢进行动态观察,以期更好了解生理或病理状态下特定离子的转运特征,从而分析相关生理现象或疾病产生的机制。与此同时,伴随着成像观测技术及相关设备的快速发展,对斑马鱼体内的离子检测方式也有了全新的变化。 |

ABSTRACT: Zebrafish, a new model organism, has been commonly accepted and widely used in biomedicine research. This article reviews the recent progress in the in vivo labeling and observing ions in zebrafish and related observation techniques. Zebrafish have many advantages in the dynamic observation of ions transport and metabolism in both physiological and pathologic condition. Zebrafish models make it possible to analyze relevant physiological phenomena as well as intrinsic properties of diseases. Meanwhile, the develop- ing technologies and devices of imaging and observing such as the new types of microscopes and the fluorescent labeling techniques fa- cilitate the research of ion transport in zebrafish. |
