      摘要:传统毛细管电色谱(Capillary electrochromatography, CEC)技术,在实际操作过程中, 由于焦耳热的作用容易产生气泡和干柱,从而使电流中断。加压毛细管电色谱(Pressurized capillary electrochromatography, pCEC),将液相色谱中的压力泵和进样阀引入CEC系统中,不仅解决了CEC的易出现气泡、干柱等问题,而且实现了定量阀进样和二元梯度洗脱。pCEC具有液相色谱和电色谱双重机理,既能分离带电物质,也能分离中性物质,具有高柱效,高分辨率,高选择性,快速分离以及低样品和流动相消耗量等优点,近年来在生命科学、生物医药、食品安全、环境保护等领域得到了广泛应用。本文对pCEC的原理、仪器进展、毛细管电色谱柱技术、检测器联用技术进行综述并对pCEC技术的发展和前景做了展望。

      ABSTRACT: In conventional capillary electro chromatography (CEC), formation of bubbles in the packed capillary may lead to electric current disruption and column failure due to the Joule heating effect. Pressurized capillary electro chromatography (pCEC), in which hydraulic pressure can be applied to the capillary column to solve the above problems. Quantitative sample introduction and sol- vent gradient mode can be easily achieved in pCEC similar to that in HPLC. Combing the dual mechanism of HPLC and CEC, pCEC can be utilized into the separation of both the neutral and charged compounds. Also, pCEC has the advantages of high efficiency, high resolu- tion, high selectivity, low sample and solvent consumption. In recent years, it has been widely used in the field of life science, biological medicine, food safety, environmental protection. Here, we introduce the development of pCEC on their theory, instrumentation, column technologies, and detection techniques. Besides, prospects for pCEC development and application are also be illustrated.
