摘要 目的:探讨肌内效贴布联合肌电生物反馈对偏瘫型脑瘫患儿手功能的影响。方法:选择2014年8月~2016年8月在上海市儿童医院康复科就诊的42例偏瘫型脑瘫患儿,随机分成两组,其中治疗组21例,对照组21例。对照组患儿给予作业治疗联合电子生物反馈治疗,治疗组患儿在对照组的基础上给予肌内效贴布治疗。三个月后,比较两组患儿腕关节屈肌肌张力疗效及治疗前后精细运动能力(FMFM)评分。结果:经3个月治疗后,两组患儿腕关节屈肌肌张力总有效率分别为85.7%和61.9 %,治疗组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后FMFM评分均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.01),且治疗组治疗后FMFM显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肌内效贴布联合肌电生物反馈治疗可有效改善偏瘫型脑瘫患儿的手功能。 |

ABSTRACT Objective: To investigate the effect of kinesio taping combined with EMG biofeedback on the hand function of hemi- plegic children with cerebral palsy. Methods: Forty - two children with hemiplegia cerebral palsy were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (n=21) and control group (n=21). In the control group, the patients were treated with the combined treatment of EMG biofeedback. The children in the treatment group were treated with kinesio taping on the basis of control group. At three months later, the curative effect of flexor dorsal muscle tension and the fine exercise ability(FMFM) score before and after treatment were compared be- tween the two groups. Results: At 3 months after treatment, the total effective rates of flexor muscle tension in the treatment group and control group were 85.7% and 61.9%, which was significantly higher in the treatment group than that of the control group(P<0.05); the FMFM score was significantly higher in the treatment group than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion: Intramus- cular effect kinesio taping combined with EMG biofeedback could effectively improve the hand function of hemiplegic children with cerebral palsy. |
