      摘要 目的:观察人参皂苷Rg1对大鼠心肌梗死后心脏纤维化发生的影响。方法:通过结扎SD大鼠左冠状动脉前降支建立大鼠急性心肌梗死模型,并将40只雄性SD大鼠随机分单纯手术组与人参皂苷Rg1治疗组。治疗组的大鼠造模1 h后将预先配成药液的人参皂甙Rgl按5 rag/(kg?d)剂量腹腔注射,1/日至处死当日。对照组则腹腔注射等量生理盐水1/日至处死当日。分别于手术后1、2周时对比两组大鼠的基本生命指标,后通过马松染色对比观察各组大鼠心脏细胞形态特征以及瘢痕形成情况。结果:①无论是手术后1周还是2周,两组大鼠的体重、心脏重量、心重/体重、鼠尾收缩压、心率比较均没有统计学意义(P>0.05);②无论是手术后1周后还是2周后,人参皂苷Rg1治疗组心脏瘢痕形成要明显少于对照组。结论:人参皂苷Rg1能够有效抑制大鼠急性心肌梗后心脏纤维化的发生。
英文摘要:
      ABSTRACT Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effects of Ginsenoside-Rg1 on the myocardial fibrosis after acute myocardial infarction. Methods: Myocardial infarction was induced by making a knot to permanently occlude the left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD) of rat. The rat divided into two groups: the control and the Rg1. At 1 and 2 weeks after surgery, the basic life index of the two group rats were compare. Then the hearts of rats were taken out. The cell morphological characteristics, myocardial basic institutions and fibrosis were investigated by masson staining. Results: ①The body weight(BW), heart weight(HW), HW/BW, Tail-cuff systolic blood pressure(TC-SBP) and heart rate(HR) had no significant difference between the control group and Rg1 group. ②Compared with the control group, the heart developed less fibrosis at 1 weeks and 2 weeks after operation in the Rg1 group. Conclusion: Ginsenoside-Rg1 could effectively inhibit the myocardial fibrosis of rat after acute myocardial infarction.
