摘要 目的:探讨血清β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)、胎盘生长因子(PLGF)联合血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平在输卵管妊娠诊断鉴别中的价值。方法:收集我院于2014年1月~2015年1月间收治的输卵管妊娠患者50例作为观察组。另取同期在我院体检的正常宫内妊娠的孕妇50例作为对照组。采用酶联免疫法检测血清中VEGF、PLGF水平,采用放射免疫法检测血清中β-HCG水平,观察并比较两组患者血清VEGF、PLGF、β-HCG水平,计算灵敏度及特异度。结果:观察组血清β-HCG、PLGF水平低于对照组,VEGF水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。血清β-HCG+PLGF+VEGF联合检测的灵敏度、特异度均较各单一指标检测高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过β-HCG、PLGF联合VEGF检测方式可有效的提高诊断准确率。 |

ABSTRACT Objective: To investigate the value of serum β-Human chorionic gonadotropin (β-HCG),placental growth factor (PLGF) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in the diagnosis of tubal pregnancy. Methods: Fifty patients with tubal pregnancy,who were admitted to Qingpu Branch of Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from June 2014 to June 2015, were chosen as observation group, in the same period, 50 pregnant women with intrauterine pregnancy, as control group.The levels of serum VEGF and PLGF were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, and the levels of serum β-HCG were detected by radioimmunoassay. The serum VEGF, PLGF and β-HCG levels between the two groups were compared, then the sensitivity and the specificity were calculated. Results: The serum β-HCG and PLGF levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the serum VEGF level was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The sensitivity and specificity of β-HCG+PLGF+VEGF combination detection were higher than the single index respectively(P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination detection of β-HCG+PLGF+VEGF can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy. |
