      摘要 目的:为给成年四川白兔的肉质研究、保种育种、饲养管理和临床诊疗提供依据,从血液理化特性等方面研究四川白兔的种质特征。方法:选择健康成年四川白兔20只,雌雄各半,体重1.5~3 Kg,在普通环境中饲养观察一周,试验前禁食12h,自由饮水,清晨空腹耳缘静脉采血,采用全自动血液分析仪和全自动生化仪对成年四川白兔的血液生理生化指标进行测定,并将雌雄四川白兔血液生理生化指标进行比较。结果:血液生理指标中只有血小板表现为雌雄差异显著( P<0.05),其他指标均差异不显著(P>0.05);雌雄四川白兔生化指标中,碱性磷酸酶、总胆固醇、肌酐、差异显著(P<0.05),其他指标均差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:所测成年四川白兔各项血液生理生化指标雌雄间多数指标差异不显著,说明了成年四川白兔雌雄间多数生理生化值基本一致,不受性别因素的影响。

      ABSTRACT Objective: In order to provide evidence for the meat quality study, conservation and breeding, feeding and manage- ment, and clinical treatment on adult Sichuan white rabbit, and to investigate the germplasm characteristics of Sichuan white rabbit in terms of blood physiochemical properties. Methods: Twenty healthy about 1.5~3 kg adult Sichuan white rabbits, male and female in half, were bred in conventional environment, and fasting for 12 h before experiment, drinking water with freedom, then took blood in the morning with empty stomach. The blood physiological and biochemical indicators were determined using automatic blood analyzer and automatic biochemical analyzer, and were compared between female and male rabbits. Results: Among the blood physiological indica- tors, only platelets presented significant difference between males and females(P<0.05), and none of the other indicators presented sig- nificant differences (P>0.05); among the biochemical indicators, ALP, total bilirubin and creatinine presented differences between fe- male and male Sichuan white rabbits (P<0.05), and none of the other indicators presented significant differences (P>0.05). Conclusion: Most of the blood physiological and biochemical indicators measured presented no significant differences between the female and male adult Sichuan white rabbits, indicating that most of the physiological and biochemical indicators are comparable between female and male adult Sichuan white rabbits without being subject to the influence of gender.
