      目的:研究颞下颌关节紊乱(TMD)患者关节液中基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)水平变化及临 床意义,为临床诊疗提供依据。方法:选取2013 年4 月到2016 年4 月我院收治的TMD 患者60例,根据患者病变程度分为炎性 疾病组(n=21 例)、结构紊乱组(n=18 例)、骨关节病组(n=21 例),另选取同期健康志愿者30 例为对照组,采集研究者的关节液标 本,并应用双抗体夹心酶联免疫法检测关节液标本中MMP-3 和MMP-9的水平。结果:骨关节病组MMP-3 和MMP-9水平显著 高于结构紊乱组、炎性疾病组和对照组,结构紊乱组、炎性疾病组显著高于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P< 0.05),结构紊乱 组与炎性疾病组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:关节液中MMP-3 和MMP-9 水平随着TMD 病变程度增加而明显升高, 能在一定程度上反应颞下颌关节病严重程度。

      Objective:To study the level change and clinical significance of matrix metalloproteinase -3 (MMP-3) and matrix metalloproteinase -9 (MMP-9) in the joint fluid of patients with temporomandibular disorder, to provide basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:60 cases of temporomandibular disorders who were treated in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2016 were selected, they were divided into inflammatory disease group (n=21), structural disorder group (n=18), bone and joint disease group(n=21 cases) according to the degree of patient's disease, during the same period 30 cases of healthy volunteers were selected as control group, collected joint fluid samples of the researchers. The levels of MMP-3 and MMP-9 were detected by double antibody sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.Results:The levels of MMP-3 and MMP-9 in the bone and joint disease group was significantly higher than that of structure disorder group, inflammatory diseases group and control group, which of structural disorder group and inflammatory diseases group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), there was no significant difference between the structural disorder group and inflammatory diseases group (P>0.05).Conclusion:The level of MMP-3 and MMP-9 in joint fluid increases significantly with the degree of lesion, which can reflect the severity of temporomandibular disease.
