Objective:To analyze the influence of hemolysis on clinical biochemical test results.Methods:120 cases of normal
health examination blood specimens were collected in our hospital, and using control variable method, in the normal blood was added into
the test tube 1, and the blood with hemolytic reaction was added into the test tube 2, and the clinical biochemical indexes of blood
were detected and compared in the two groups. Results:In 17 detected indexes, the difference had statistical significance in comparison
of the level of blood glucose, total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, aspartate transaminase, glutamic pyruvic transaminase, alkaline phosphatase,
total protein, triglycerides, uric acid, total cholesterol (TC) and lactate dehydrogenase between tube 1 and tube2 (P<0.05), and another
six indexes including albumin, creatinine, uric acid nitrogen, calcium, acid phosphatase, serum phosphorus had no significant different
change between tube 1 and tube2 (P>0.05).Conclusion:Hemolytic reaction has great effect on the clinical biochemistry detection results,
which can directly affect the accuracy of the results of serum enzymes and other indicators, so it should be to avoid hemolysis reaction
in clinical examination. |
