荧光PCR 技术对30 例不同期多发性骨髓瘤患者及30 例健康者静脉血清进行WT1 与MDR1 基因表达水平检测,并分析其表达
量与多发性骨髓瘤疾病程度的影响。结果:多发性骨髓瘤患者的血清WT1与MDR1 基因表达水平均明显高于普通健康者,差异
具有统计学意义(P<0.05);多发性骨髓瘤分期越高,患者血清WT1 与MDR1 基因的表达水平则越高,Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期与Ⅲ期患者的血
清WT1 与MDR1 基因的表达水平两两组间比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);WT1 与MDR1 基因表达水平与骨髓瘤分期呈

Objective:To study the correlation of serum Wilms tumor (WT1) gene and multidrug resistance1 (MDR1) gene expression
with the severity of multiple myeloma.Methods:Real-time PCR technology was used to detect the expression of WT1 and
MDR1 genes in the serumof 30 patients with multiple myeloma at different stages and 30 healthy persons, and the correlation of their expression
levels with the severity of multiple myeloma was analyzed.Results:The serum levels of WT1 and MDR1 genes in patients with
multiple myeloma were significantly higher than those in the healthy patients (P<0.05); the later the multiple myeloma staging, the higher
the expression level of serum WT1 and MDR1 genes were (P<0.05). The expression level of WT1 and MDR1 genes were positively correlated
with the staging of myeloma (r=0.406, r=0.451, P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a positive correlation between serum WT1 and
MDR1 genes and the severity of multiple myeloma, the expression levels of serum WT1 and DMR1 genes could be used as a clinical indicator
for the evaluation of multiple myeloma. |
