Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of minimally invasive treatment on the degree of pain and complications
after treatment of spinal trauma patients. Methods:Retrospective analysis of 72 patients with spinal trauma from March 2015 to March
2016, which is randomly divided into observation group and control group, 36 cases were randomly divided into two groups, The control
group was treated with conventional surgery, the observation group received minimally invasive surgery. The degree of pain relief and the
incidence of complications after treatment in the two groups were compared. Results:The observation group's of the operative time,
amount of bleeding, hospitalization and time respectively(121.36± 7.85)min, (123.74± 31.75)mL, (8.32± 2.14)d、(37.85± 9.28)h
were significantly better than the control group(175.96± 12.47)min,(299.77± 36.01)mL,(15.41± 4.58)d,(57.03± 13.58)h, the differences
are significant (t =7.931, 11.372, 8.192, 9.341, P<0.05). The observation group's of the degree of pain scores in VAS score and
score of NRSD respectively(1.86± 0.53)and(2.01± 0.59)were significantly lower than those in the control group(5.52± 1.34)and
(5.59± 1.35), the compared with a significant difference (t =12.913, 11.235, P < 0.05). The incidence rate of postoperative complications
in the observation group was 8.33%, significantly lower than that of the control group 27.78%, there were significant differences (Z =
9.637, P<0.05).Conclusion:For the occurrence of spinal trauma patients, in the clinical application of minimally invasive surgery treatment
intervention, not only the clinical effect is satisfactory, but also more effectively improve symptoms in patients with pain, reduce
complication, application is safe, it is worthy to be popularized. |
