      目的:观察预注不同剂量的地佐辛在预防女性丙泊酚注射痛中的镇痛效应,寻找地佐辛的适宜剂量。方法:本研究为随机对 照研究,选择ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级行择期宫腔镜手术的女性患者200 例,采用计算机随机数字法分为四组。C 组(n=39):预先注射生理盐 水;D1 组(n=50):预先注射地佐辛0.025 mg/kg;D2 组(n=55):预先注射地佐辛0.05 mg/kg;D3 组(n=56):预先注射地佐辛0.1 mg/kg,所有预注药物均稀释至5 mL,注药时间均为10 s,并于注药后2 min 采用TCI泵1 mL/s的速度推注2 mg/kg 丙泊酚。记录 患者预注药物前后SBP、DBP、HR、SpO2及不良反应;注射丙泊酚的过程中反复询问疼痛情况,采用Ambesh 四点评分法行注射疼 痛评分。结果:D2 组、D3 组丙泊酚注射痛发生率均显著低于C 组(P<0.05),D1 组与C 组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),D2 组与D3 组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。D3 组眩晕、嗜睡的发生率明显高于D1 组和D2 组(P<0.05)。结论:地佐辛能有效降低女性丙泊酚 注射痛的发生率和严重程度,降低注射痛的适宜剂量为0.05 mg/kg。

      Objective:To observe the effects of prophylactic intravenous administration of dezocine against propofol injection pain in women in order to find the suitable dose of dezocine.Methods:In this randomized controlled study, 200 female patients (ASAⅠ- Ⅱ)who accepted hysteroscopy surgery with general anesthesia were randomly divided into four groups according to the computer random number method. Before anesthesia induction, preliminary injection of experimental drug was performed as follows: the control group: physiological saline 5 mL, D1 group: 0.025 mg/kg of dezocine, D2 group: 0.05 mg/kg of dezocine, D3 group: 0.1 mg/kg of dezocine, group. The injection time was 10 s. 2 min after preliminary injection, 2 mg/kg propofol was pumped with the speed of 1 mL/s and the pain score was evaluated by Ambesh four score. HR, SBP, DBP, SpO2 and other adverse reactions was observed and recorded at different time points. The initial dose and total amount of propofol was recorded.Results:There was no statistically significance between group D1 andC (P>0.05), while the incidence of propofol injection pain in group D2 and D3 all was significantly lower than that in group C (P<0.05); there were no statistically significance between group D2 and D3 (P>0.05). The incidence of vertigo and somnolence was significantly higher in group D3 than that in group C, D1 and D2 (P<0.05).Conclusion:Dezocine can significantly reduce the incidence of propofol injection pain in women, and the suitable dose of dezocine is 0.05 mg/kg.
