      目的:比较香豆乙酯与华法林预防髋膝关节手术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的疗效。方法:选取我院行髋膝关节手术患者38 例, 随机分为实验组和对照组,每组19 例。对照组给予低分子量肝素及香豆乙酯片治疗;实验组给予低分子量肝素及华法林治疗。观 察并比较两组患者的临床效果、下肢深静脉血栓的发生率及不良反应的发生情况。结果:实验组总有效率(94.7%)高于对照组 (68.4%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者下肢深静脉血栓发生率(5.3%)低于对照组(21.1%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 实验组不良反应发生率(15.8%)低于对照组(42.1%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与双香豆乙酯相比,华法林预防髋膝关节 手术患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果更显著,且并发症较少。

      Objective:To compare the efficacy of ethyl biscoumacetate and warfarin for the prevention of lower extremity deep veous thrombosis after hip and knee surgery.Methods:38 cases of hip and knee surgery in our hospital were collected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 19 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated by low molecular weight heparin and ethyl biscoumacetate tablets; patients in the experimental group were treated by low molecular weight heparin and warfarin. The clinical effect, incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of experimental group was 94.7%, which was higher than 68.4% in the control group (P<0.05); the incidence of deep venous thrombosis in lower extremity of patients in the experimental group (5.3%) was lower than that of control group (21.1%)(P<0.05), the incidence of adverse reactions(15.8%)was lower than that of control group (42.1%) (P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the double Ethyl biscoumacetate, warfarin was more effective in the prevention of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis formation of hip and knee surgery with fewer complications.
