目的:探讨咽拭子快速培养在肺炎支原体感染中的临床应用价值。方法:收集2014 年2 月~2016 年2 月期间我院收治的呼
吸道感染患儿220 例,用肺炎支原体专用液体培养基进行肺炎支原体快速培养,用胶体金法检测肺炎支原体MP-IgM。比较两种
方法的阳性率。结果:咽拭子培养快速培养阳性率与血清MP-IgM检测阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。MP-Ig 检测显
示,≤ 1 岁阳性率最低,其阳性率随年龄增加不断增高(P<0.05)。肺炎支原体咽拭子培养显示,≤ 1 岁阳性率最高,2~8 岁最低
(P<0.05)。病程≤ 7 d 患者肺炎支原体咽拭子培养阳性率(34.21%)显著高于肺炎支原体MP-Ig检测阳性率(14.04%)(P<0.05)。
病程>7 d 患者肺炎支原体咽拭子培养阳性率(11.32%)显著低于肺炎支原体MP-Ig 检测阳性率(52.83%)(P<0.05)。肺炎支原体咽
拭子培养的灵敏度性以及特异性显著高于肺炎支原体MP-Ig检测,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:咽拭子快速培养对肺炎

Objective:To explore the rapid culture in mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in the clinical application value of throat
swab.Methods:220 cases with respiratory tract infection who were treated in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were
selected. Mycoplasma pneumonia mycoplasma pneumonia were cultured by rapid cultivation of special liquid, and detected by colloidal
gold detection of mycoplasma pneumonia MP-IgM. Then the positive rate of two methods were observed and compared.Results:There
was no significant difference between the positive rate of throat swab culture and the positive rate of MP-IgMin serum (P>0.05). MP-Ig
showed the lowest positive rate of less than 1 years, the positive rate increased with the increase of age (P<0.05). Mycoplasma pneumonia
swab cultures showed that less than 1 years the highest positive rate of 2~8 was the lowest (P<0.05). Duration is less than or equal to 7
days of mycoplasma pneumoniae in pharynx swab culture positive rate (34.21%) was significantly higher than that of pneumonia
mycoplasma MP Ig was the positive detection rate (14.04%) (P<0.05). The positive rate of throat swab culture of 7 d patients (11.32%)
was significantly lower than that of mycoplasma pneumoniae MP-Ig (52.83%) (P<0.05). The sensitivity and specificity of Mycoplasma
pneumoniae throat swab culture was significantly higher than that of Mycoplasma pneumoniae MP-Ig, and the difference was statistically
significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The rapid culture of throat swab in early diagnosis of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection has a certain
clinical value, the method is simple, and it is worthy of further research and application. |
