Objective:To analyze the visual evoked potential (P-VEP)examination in monocular hyperopic amblyopic children,to
explore the pathogenesis of peripheral, and to provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:75 cases of monocular
hyperopic amblyopic children (75 eyes) from January 2013 to October 2015 in our hospital were selected, another 32 cases (64 eyes) of
normal children were selected as control group, the amblyopia children were divided into mild (group A) and contralateral eye group
(group B), moderate(group C) and contralateral eye group(group D), severe(group E) and contralateral eye group(group F), according to
the condition, application of P-VEP to examine the amplitude and P100 wave in each group.Results:P100 wave latency of group A,
group C, group E was prolonged compared with group B, group D, group F and control group(P<0.05), and the amplitude was lower than
that of group B,group D, group F and control group (P<0.05), P100 wave latency and amplitude of group A, group C, group E had
statistical significance(P<0.05), P100 wave latency of group B,group D, group F and the control group had no statistical significance(P>0.
05), the amplitude of group B, group D, group F was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05), the amplitude of B group,
group D, group F was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05), the latency and amplitude of P100 wave in group B, group
D, group F were not significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:Monocular hyperopic amblyopia occurs prolongation of P100 wave latency,
amplitude reduction, on the side of the healthy eye will appear to reduce the amplitude. |
