| 目的：探讨宫颈癌患者组织中c-met 表达与宫颈癌淋巴结转移和复发的关系。方法：选取我院2005 年6 月至2010 年6 月间
经病理确诊的患者120 例。采用SP 法检测c-met蛋白在宫颈癌组织中的表达，采用Pearson 和Spearman 相关性探讨c-met 表达
与宫颈癌患者临床特征的关系，采用COX 回归模型探讨c-met表达与子宫颈癌转移与复发的的关系。结果：120 例子宫颈癌患者
中转移、复发或死亡者35 例，相关性分析提示c-met蛋白水平与宫颈癌患者CA-125 值、肿瘤的N 分期、肿瘤侵犯深度成正相关，
多因素分析提示：肿瘤分化程度(P=0.013)、c-met 水平(P=0.02)、肿瘤侵犯深度(P=0.04)是宫颈癌患者转移或复发的独立危险因素。
结论：宫颈癌组织中c-met 表达阳性是宫颈癌患者转移、复发的独立危险因素。 |

| Objective:To investigate the relationship between c-met expression with the node ratio lymph (LNR) and prognostic
in gastric cancer.Methods:Retrospective analysis the clinical date of 120 patients who diagnosed with cervical cancer from june 2005 to
june 2010. A linear regression model was used to investigate the relationship between the clinical data and c-met expression, multivariate
analysis was performed using cox proportional hazard regression model in forward stepwise.Results:38 cases occurred end point events.
C-met level was associated with preoperative CA-125, N stage, the depth of tumor invasion; the degree of tumor (P=0.013) and C-met (P
=0.02), depth of tumor invasion (P=0.04) is an independent risk factor for cervical cancer patients with metastasis or recurrence.Conclusion:The expression of C-met in cervical cancer is positive independent risk factors in patients with cervical cancer metastasis and recurrence. |
