目的:探讨左卡尼汀联合蔗糖铁对血液透析肾性贫血患者的疗效及氧化应激的影响。方法:收取2013 年3 月至2015 年6
月间于我院进行维持性血液透析的肾性贫血患者76 例作为研究对象均分为观察组及对照组,分别给予左卡尼汀联合蔗糖铁治
疗或单用蔗糖铁治疗。对两组患者临床疗效、贫血及铁代谢指标、氧化应激水平以及不良反应发生率进行考察与比较。结果:观察
组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者贫血及铁代谢指标均明显升高,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后
对照组患者MDA、AOPP,观察组患者SOD、GSH-Px 明显升高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率无显
著差异(P>0.05)。结论:左卡尼汀联合蔗糖铁对维持性血液透析肾性贫血患者具有良好的治疗效果,安全性高,可有效降低氧化应
激水平。 |

Objective:To explore curative efficacy of levocarnitine combined with iron sucrose on the patients with maintenance
hemodialysis complicated renal anemia and its effect on oxidative stress.Methods:76 patients with maintenance hemodialysis complicated
renal anemia accepted from March 2013 to January 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Irone sucrose
only and with levocarnitine was given to two groups respectively. The clinical effect, anemia and iron metabolism indexes, oxidative
stress level and adverse reactions were observed and compared between two groups.Results:The total efficacy of observation group was
higher than that of control group with statistical significance, P<0.05. After treatment, the anemia and iron metabolism indexes were increased,
and it was higher in observation group than control group, P<0.05. The level of MDA, AOPP in control group, and the level of
SOD, GSH-Px in observation group were increased with statistical difference between two groups(P<0.05). The rate of adverse reactions
of two groups had no statistical difference, P>0.05.Conclusion:Levocarnitine combined with iron sucrose has good effect and safety in
treatment of the patients with maintenance hemodialysis complicated renal anemia, which can reduce the level of oxidative stress. |
