| 目的：探讨非那雄胺联合M受体拮抗剂对前列腺增生合并膀胱过度活动症临床疗效的影响。方法：回顾性研究我院前列腺
增生合并膀胱过度活动症的患者60 例，随机分为实验组和对照组，每组30例。对照组患者给予M受体拮抗剂，实验组患者在对
照组的基础上给予非那雄胺。观察并比较治疗前后两组患者国际前列腺症状评分（IPSS）、膀胱过度活动症评分（OABSS）、残余尿
量、最大尿流率、尿急次数以及治疗期间不良反应。结果：与对照组相比，实验组患者IPSS及OABSS 较低（P＜0.05）；残余尿量较
少，最大尿流率较大，尿急次数较少（P＜0.05）；不良反应发生率较低（P＜ 0.05）。结论：非那雄胺联合M受体拮抗剂能够降低前列
腺增生合并膀胱过度活动症的不良反应发生率，提高临床疗效，值得在临床上推广应用。 |

| Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of finasteride combined with M receptor antagonist in the treatment of
patients with prostatic hyperplasia and bladder excessive activity.Methods:Retrospective study a total of 60 patients with prostatic hyperplasia
and bladder excessive activity from our hospital were collected and randomly divided into experiment group and control group
with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated byM receptor antagonist, patients in the experiment group were
treated on the base of control group with finasteride. Compared the international prostate symptomscore (IPSS), bladder excessive activity
symptom score (OABSS), prostate volume, residual urine volume, maximal urinary flow rate and the number of urgency of the two
groups before and after treatment, statistics the adverse reactions of the two groups occurred during treatment.Results:Compared with
the control group, the IPSS and OABSS levels of the experiment group were lower (P<0.05); prostate volume was smaller (P<0.05);
residual urine volume was less, maximal urinary flow rate was larger, the number of urgency was less (P<0.05); adverse reactions occurred
rate was lower (P<0.05).Conclusion:Finasteride combined withMreceptor antagonist in the treatment of patients with prostatic
hyperplasia and bladder excessive activity can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, improve the clinical efficacy, it is worth to be
popularized in clinical application. |
