| 目的：研究重症肺炎患者血清白细胞介素-2 (IL-2)水平及与呼吸功能的相关性。方法：选择2013 年5 月～2016 年5 月在我
院进行诊治的重症肺炎患者80 例为观察组，同期在我院呼吸科入住的一般呼吸道感染患者80 例为对照组，分别检测两组的血
清IL-2水平，记录呼吸频率，取动脉血检测氧分压和氧合指数，采用单因素回归分析血清IL-2 与呼吸功能的相关性。结果：观察组
的血清IL-2 水平明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组的呼吸频率明显高于对照组（P<0.05），氧分压和氧和指数均明显低于对照组
（P<0.05）；血清IL-2 水平与呼吸频率呈明显正相关（P<0.05），与氧分压和氧和指数呈明显负相关（P<0.05）。结论：重症肺炎患者血
清IL-2水平明显升高，且与呼吸功能密切相关，能作为判断重症肺炎患者呼吸功能的客观检查指标。 |

| Objective:To study the level of serumIL-2 in patients with severe pneumonia and its correlation with respiratory function.Methods:80 cases of patients with severe pneumonia who were treated in our hospital fromMay 2013 to May 2015were selected as
observation group,80 cases of patients with general respiratory tract infections were selected as control group. The serum level of IL-2
was detected, and the breath frequency, oxygen partial pressure and oxygen index were detected.Results:The serum IL-2 level of observation
group were significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05); the breathing rate of observation group were significantly
higher than that of control group (P<0.05), and the oxygen partial pressure and oxygen index were significantly lower than that of control
group (P<0.05).The serum level of IL-2 was positively correlated with breathing rate (P<0.05), negatively correlated with oxygen partial
pressure and oxygen index (P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of serum IL-2is significantly increased in patients with severe pneumonia
and closely correlated with respiratory function, it can be used to evaluate patients' respiratory function. |
