| 目的：探讨DLL4 和血管内皮生长因子受体（Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor, VEGFR）基因表达与临床特征的相
关性，为肝细胞癌的防治提供新的靶点。方法：采用荧光定量PCR 检测DLL4 和VEGFR 基因的表达，DLL4 与VEGFR 基因表达
的关系采用Spearman相关系数分析。DLL4与肝癌临床病理特征的相关性分析采用Knlskal-WallisH 方法。结果：DLL4和VEGRR
在肝细胞癌组织中呈高表达，且VEGFR 随着DLL4 基因表达的升高而升高，呈正相关关系。DLL4 基因的高表达与有无包膜、肿
瘤结节数目、肿瘤直径、Edmondson-Steiner分级及有无静脉浸润均有显著的相关性（P<0.05）。结论：DLL4 和VEGFR 在肝细胞癌
组织中的高表达与临床病理特征均有显著相关性。 |

| Objective:To investigate the correlation between the gene expression of DLL4 and vascular endothelial growth factor
receptor (VEGFR)with clinical feature, andprovidea newtarget for preventionand treatment ofhepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).Methods:The gene expression of DLL4 and VEGFR were determined using quantitative real-time PCR. The relationship of DLL4 and VEGFR
gene was analyzed using spearman correlation coefficients. The correlation between DLL4 and clinicopathological features of HCC was
analyzed using Knlskal-Wallis H method.Results:The DLL4 and VEGRR genes were highly expressed in HCC. Moreover, the gene expression
of VEGFR increased with the increased gene expression of DLL4, showing a positive correlation among them. The levels of
DLL4 gene expression significantly correlated with capsule, the number of tumor nodules, tumor diameter, Edmondson-Steiner grade and
venous invasion (P<0.05).Conclusion:There was a significantly correlation between the high levels of DLL4 and VEGFR gene expressions
with clinicopathological features of HCC. |
