| 原发性肝癌（Hepatocellular carcinoma，HCC）是肝脏最常见的恶性肿瘤，具有高发病率、死亡率及预后差的特点，大多数患者
确诊时为进展期，已失去手术机会，严重危及患者生命。虽然目前相关的治疗方法较多，但预后仍较差，介入治疗作为一种微创疗
法在提高患者生存期、改善患者生活质量等方面取得显著效果。本文就原发性肝癌的介入治疗现状与进展进行综述。 |

| Hepatocellular carcinoma is the most common malignant tumor of the liver, which has the characteristics of high morbidity,
mortality and poor prognosis. Surgery and liver transplantation are the effective treatments for HCC. However, the majority of patients
diagnosed as advanced stage, has lost the opportunity to surgery, and seriously endanger the patients′ life. Although the relevant
treatment methods more, but the prognosis is still poor. Interventional therapy as a minimally invasive therapy in improving survival period
and the quality of life has made significant effect. The paper reviewed the current status and progress of the interventional therapy of
HCC. |
