(the day of admission,D0)、入院第一天(the first day,D1)及入院第二天(The Second Day,D2)分别给予阿托伐他汀80mg治疗,入院
(HDL-cholesterol,
P<0.001) 和15.6%(D2)(DO 与D2相比,P<0.001);HDL-C 下降7.5%(D1)(DO 与D1 相比,P<0.001) 和12.1 (D2)(DO与D2 相比,
P<0.001);相反TG 水平升高20.6%(D1)(DO 与D1 相比,P<0.001)和25.5%(D2)(DO 与D2 相比,P<0.001)。

Objective:To investigate the acute effect on serumtotal cholesterol(TC), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),
low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C)and triglycerides (TG)of intensive atorvastatin therapy in patients with ACS.Methods:We
have analyzed a group of 100 patients with ACS (mean age 62.1), Atorvastatin 80 mg was administered at admission and then once daily
for the rest of hospitalization. The levels of TC, LDL, HDL and TG were measured at admission(D0), and then every morning of hospitalization
(D1,D2).Results:The mean entry values (D0) of TC, LDL, HDL and TG were 5.25, 3.27, 1.08 and 1.30 (mmol/L), respectively.
The therapy with atorvastatin 80 mg resulted in a decrease of TC levels in the D1 by 6.4%and in the D2 by 13.5%(P<0.001 for all comparisons
with the entry value D0); LDL was decreased by 6.4%(D1)and 16.2%(D2)(P<0.001 vs D0); the level of HDL was decreased by
9.2%(D1)and 13.9%(D2)(P<0.001 vs D0). In contrast, the TG level was higher in the D1 by 22.3% and in the D2 by 26.9%(P<0.05 vs.
D0).Conclusion:The intensive statin therapy started at admission in ACS patients have a highly significant imediate effect on lipid parameters.
TC and LDL levels were reduced, increase in TG and reduction in HDL levels suggest a different acute effect of intensive statin
on lipid levels compared with long-termtreatment of ACS patients. |
