      目的:探讨急性中毒导致呼衰的患者在其发病早期给予呼吸支持治疗的效果与安全性。方法:回顾性选取2013 年9 月至 2015 年9月在我院接受治疗的86 例急性中毒性呼衰的患者,分为为试验组和对照组,每组43 例。对照组在患者出现呼吸停止5 min 内实施气管插管通气治疗,试验组在患者尚未出现呼吸停止,还存在部分自主呼吸的情况下,给予早期呼吸支持治疗。对比分 析两组治疗效果、呼吸机使用与住院时间、接受通气后并发症情况。结果:试验组研究对象的总有效率(97.67 %),与对照组总有效 率(58.14 %)相比明显较高,差异有统计学意义(x2=19.5240,P=0.0000)。试验组研究对象的使用呼吸机时间(33.1± 5.7)d、住院时 间(65.2± 8.6)d与对照组使用呼吸机时间(57.3± 6.3)d、住院时间(73.7± 9.8)d 相比明显较短,差异有统计学意义(t=36.09、85.00, P<0.05)。试验组患者的并发症发生率(2.33 %)与对照组患者(34.88 %)相比明显较低,差异有统计学意义(x2=12.9768,P=0. 00032)。结论:发生急性中毒导致呼衰的患者在其发病早期给予呼吸支持治疗的效果显著,可缩短呼吸机使用时间,安全可靠。

      Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of early respiratory support in the treatment of respiratory failure caused by acute poisoning.Methods:The clinical data of 86 cases of acute poisoning of respiratory failure patients from September 2013 to September 2015 in our hospital were retrospectively collected and divided into experimental group and control group, 43 cases each group. The patients in control group were given tracheal intubation ventilation in 5 min of breathing stopped, and the patients in experimental group were given early respiratory support while there was still exist partial self breathing, no breath stopped. The therapeutic effect, ventilator use and hospitalization time, complications after receiving ventilation was compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the experimental group (97.67 %) was higher than that (58.14 %) in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (x2=13.0745, P=0.00145). The use of ventilator time(33.1± 5.7)d, length of hospital stay (6.3± 8.6) d in the experimental group was shorter than that (57.3± 6.3)d, (73.7± 9.8)d in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(t=36.09, 85.00, P<0.05). The complication rate (2.33 %) in the experimental group was lower than that (34.88 %) in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (x2=12.9768, P=0.00032).Conclusion:The curative effect of early respiratory support was significant in the treatment of respiratory failure caused by acute poisoning, it can shorten the time to use the ventilator with good safety and reliability.
