法:经ARMS 法筛选出125 例EGFR Del 19 的NSCLC 组织,应用免疫组织化学法检测该组织样本中EGFR Del 19、p-JAK1 和
p-STAT1 的表达,统计分析三者在临床病理特点中的表达差异及EGFR Del 19 与p-JAK1、p-STAT1 表达之间的相关性。结果:
EGFR Del 19 阳性主要在细胞膜上表达,p-JAK1、p-STAT1 阳性表达主要定位于细胞质和细胞核中。EGFR Del 19 与NSCLC的病
理分级、TNM 分期、淋巴结转移与否显著相关(P值均<0.05)。EGFR Del 19与p-JAK1、p-STAT1 表达在不同病理分级、TNM 分期
及淋巴结转移与否组间具有显著相关性(P值均<0.05,rs 值均>0.3)。结论:EGFR Del 19 可能通过活化JAK1-STAT1 途径促进
NSCLC 的发生发展。 |

Objective:To investigate the mechanism of tumorigenesis in NSCLC with EGFR Del 19, the expression of EGFR Del
19, JAK/STAT molecules were detected and the correlation of EGFR Del 19 with JAK/STAT was discussed.Methods:125 NSCLC
cases with EGFR Del 19 were selected by ARMS. EGFR Del 19, p-JAK1 as well as p-STAT1 were detected in those samples using IHC
and the correlation of EGFR Del 19 with p-JAK1/p-STAT1 expression was analyzed statistically.Results:The expression of EGFR Del
19 was mainly located on cell membrane and the expression of p-JAK1, p-STAT1 were mainly located in cytoplasm and cell nucleus.
There were significant differences of EGFR Del 19, p-JAK1, p-STAT1 expression in pathological grades, TNM stages and lymph node
metastasis groups (P<0.05). The correlation of EGFR Del 19 with p-JAK1, p-STAT1 were significant (P<0.05, rs>0.3) in different
pathological grads, TNM stages and lymph node metastasis groups.Conclusion:EGFR Del 19 may promote NSCLC development
through JAK1-STAT1 pathway. |
