| 目的：探讨腹主动脉球囊预置术治疗凶险型前置胎盘的疗效及安全性。方法：收取2014 年3 月至2016年3 月我院收治的凶
险型前置胎盘患者71 例临床资料进行回顾性分析，观察组患者35 例，行剖宫产前进行腹主动脉球囊预置术；对照组患者36 例，
直接进行剖宫产。对两组患者手术情况、术后情况以及新生儿情况进行观察比较。结果：两组患者手术时间及胎盘植入情况无显
著差异，观察组术中出血量及输血量明显低于对照组，医疗费用明显高于对照组，产后出血及并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差
异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组患者子宫切除率无显著差异（P>0.05）。两组新生儿体质量及窒息情况无显著差异（P>0.05）。结
论：剖宫产前行腹主动脉球囊预置术可有效控制术中出血，是治疗凶险型前置胎盘安全有效的方法。 |

| Objective:To explore the clinical effect and safety of prophylactic abdominal aorta arteries ballon occlusion in
treatment of pernicious placenta previa.Methods:The patients with pernicious placenta previa accepted in our hospital from March 2014
to March 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. 35 patients in observation group were accepted the treatment of prophylactic abdominal
aorta arteries ballon occlusion before cesarean section, and 36 patients in control group were given cesarean section directly. The
situation of during and after operation, and the situation of newborn were observed and compared between two groups.Results:The
operation time and placenta implantation had no difference between two groups (P>0.05). The blood loss and volume of blood
transfusion of observation group was obviously lower, but the medical costs were obviously higher than that of control group with
statistically significance (P<0.05). The Uterus resection rate and situation of newborn of two groups had no statistically difference (P>0.
05).Conclusion:The prophylactic abdominal aorta arteries ballon occlusion can reduce blood loss during operation, which is safety and
effective in treatment of pernicious placenta previa. |
