      目的:探讨IL-17 与IL-23 在支气管哮喘患者血清中的表达水平及其相关性。方法:选择2010 年2 月~2015 年9 月在我院进 行诊治的支气管哮喘患者98例,其中包括56 例为缓解期组,42 例为急性发作期组,对照组为20 例体检健康者,观察三组的血清 IL-17、IL-23 水平及肺功能指标的差异,并分析其相关性。结果:与对照组相比,缓解期组和急性发作期组血清IL-17、IL-23 水平均 明显升高(P<0.05),急性发作期组血清IL-17、IL-23 水平均显著高于缓解期组(P<0.05);急性发作期组患者的PEF%、FEV1%、 V50%、V25%均明显低于缓解期组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);哮喘患者血清IL-17 水平与IL-23 水平呈正相关( r = 0.685,P = 0.000),血清IL-17 与FEV1 负相关(r = -0.592,P = 0.000)、与PEF 负相关(r = -0.515,P = 0.000),IL-23 与FEV1 负相关(r = -0.598,P = 0.000),与PEF 负相关(r = -0.532,P = 0.000)。结论:血清IL-17 和IL-23 的高表达可能参与了支气管哮喘的形成,并能影响疾病 的进程,两者表达水平密切相关。

      Objective:To explore the association of the serum level of interleukin-17 and interleukin-23 in patients with bronchial asthma.Methods:Selected 98 cases of patients with bronchial asthma who were treated in our hospital from January 2010 to September 2015 were divided into catabatic period group (56 cases) and acute-outbreak period group (42 cases) according to the clinical manifestations, 20 cases of healthy people were selected as control group. The differences of serum IL-17, IL-23 and pulmonary function in the three groups were compared, and their correlation was analyzed.Results:Compared with the control group, the serum IL-17 and IL-23 levels were significantly elevated in the catabatic period group and acute-outbreak period group (P<0.05), the serumlevel of IL-17 and IL-23 were significantly higher than those in the catabatic period group (P<0.05). The FEV1%, V50%, V25% and PEF% in the acute-outbreak period group were significantly lower than those in the catabatic period group (P<0.05). There was positive correlation between the serum IL -17 and IL -23 levels in asthmatic group ( r = 0.685, P = 0.000), but there were negative correlations between the serumIL-17 and FEV1(r = -0.592, P = 0.000), IL-17 and PEF(r = -0.515, P = 0.000), IL -23 and FEV1(r = -0.598, P = 0.000), IL -23 and PEF (r = -0.532,P = 0.000).Conclusion:The high expression of IL-17 and IL-23 may be involved in the formation of bronchial asthma, and can affect the process of the disease, and their expression is positively correlated.
