| 目的：探讨和总结使用脊柱SDS9900 系统治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果和安全性。方法：对经过纳入及排除标准的
2013.06-2015.06 于我院行脊柱SDS9900 系统治疗的共计165 例患者进行回顾性分析。每个患者均接受了至少6个月的治疗后随
访。结合详实的随访资料，对治疗前后患者在受累节段椎间隙高度，疼痛，颈椎功能(NDI，neck disability index)，生活质量评分等指
标进行总结和比较。结果：患者在治疗后椎间隙高度(6.63± 0.87)较治疗前(4.67± 0.86)明显增大(P<0.05)；治疗后疼痛VAS 评分
(2.02± 0.87)及NDI(6.64± 3.17)分值明显低于治疗前(7.65± 1.01，12.49± 7.42)(P<0.05)。生活质量评分显著提高。所有患者中未出
现并发症。结论：SDS9900 在神经根型颈椎病的保守治疗中，能够显示其独有的特点和优势，在临床工作中可以进行进一步的使
用和推广。 |

| Objective:To observe the clinical effect and safety of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy treated with
SDS9900.Methods:The clinical and follow-up data of 165patients who were admitted in our hospital from 2013.06 to 2015.06 and diagnosed
as cervical spondylotic radiculopathy treated by SDS9900 were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients were followed up at least
6 months after the treatment. The clinical outcomes were evaluated by the height of intervertebral space, visual analogue scale (VAS),
NDI score and SF-36.Results:The height of intervertebral space of the patients (6.63± 0.87) broadened significantly after the treatment
(P<0.05). The VAS (2.02± 0.87) and NDI (6.64± 3.17) score of SDS9900 group was significantly lower than that before the treatment
(7.65± 1.01, 12.49± 7.42) (P<0.05). The quality of life were obviously improved on the day after the treatment. There was no complication
in all patients.Conclusion:SDS9900 in the conservative treatment of lumbar disc herniation has more particular advantages than
normal treatments, which should be further application and promotion in clinic. |
