      目的:探讨依达拉奉联合疏血通对急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效及其可能作用机制。方法:收集我院治疗的80 例急性脑梗死 患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组40 例。对照组患者给予依达拉奉注射液30 mg+ 生理盐水100 mg 静脉滴注,2 次/d;实验组 患者在对照组基础上给予疏血通注射液6 g+ 生理盐水250 mL静脉滴注,2 次/d,14 d为1个疗程。治疗后,对两组患者的血清血 清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9),血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、NIHSS以及临床疗效进行检测并比较。结果:与治疗前相比,两组患者 治疗后血清MMP-9、VEGF 水平以及NIHSS 评分均显著下降(P<0.05);与对照组相比,实验组患者治疗后血清MMP-9、VEGF 水 平以及NIHSS评分均较低(P<0.05),且治疗总有效率较高(P>0.05)。结论:依达拉奉联合疏血通能够有效提高急性脑梗死患者的临 床疗效,改善神经功能缺损,这可能与其降低患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平有关。

      Objective:To study the clinical effect of edaravone combined with shuxuetong injection on acute cerebral infarction patients and its mechanism.Methods:80 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with edaravone 30 mg + saline 100 mg intravenous infusion, 2 times daily; patients in the experimental group were treated on the basis of control group with Shuxuetong injection 6 g + normal saline 250ml intravenous drip, twice daily, 14 days a course of treatment. After treatment, the serumlevels of MMP-9, VEGF, NIHSS, and clinical efficacy were detected and compared between two groups.Results:Compared with before treatment, the serum levels of MMP-9, VEGF and NIHSS scores were decreased after treatment (P<0.05); compared with the control group, the serum levels of MMP-9, VEGF and NIHSS score were lower (P<0.05), the total effective rate was higher (P>0.05).Conclusion:Edaravone combined with Shuxuetong injection could effectively enhance the clinical efficacy of acute cerebral infarction, which might be related to the decrease of serumMMP-9 and VEGF levels of patients.
