      目的:探讨瑞芬太尼联合右美托咪定对脑功能区胶质瘤术中唤醒的临床效果。方法:收集我院行脑功能区胶质瘤切除术患 者50 例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各25 例,对照组患者采用瑞芬太尼联合丙泊酚,实验组患者采用瑞芬太尼联合右美托 咪定。比较术前与唤醒期间两组患者心率(Heart Rate,HR)、平均动脉压(mean arterial pressure,MAP)、唤醒时间、自主呼吸恢复时 间、唤醒成功率、呛咳次数、术中躁动次数、术中知晓例数,其数据结果应用统计学软件SPSS 19.0 加以处理。结果:两组患者术前 HR、MAP 比较无差异(P>0.05);与对照组相比,实验组患者HR及MAP较低(P<0.05);唤醒时间及自主呼吸恢复时间较短(P< 0.05),唤醒成功率无明显差异(P>0.05);呛咳次数、术中躁动次数及术中知晓例数较少(P<0.05)。结论:瑞芬太尼联合右美托咪 定对脑功能区胶质瘤患者心率及平均动脉压影响较小,且能够降低不良事件发生率,促进患者苏醒,值得临床推广。

      Objective:To investigate the effect of remifentanil combined with dexmedetomidine for intraoperative waken-up in brain glioma surgery.Methods:50 patients with brain glioma resection from our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experiment group with 25 cases in each group. The control group were treated by remifentanil combined with propofol and the experiment group were treated by remifentanil combined with dexmedetomidine. The heart rate(HR), mean arterial pressure (MAP), wake-up time, breathing recovery time, the success rate of wake up, the times of cough and restlessness and the number of intraoperative awareness during operation were compared after treatment by SPSS19.0.Results:There was no difference of HR and MAP levels between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Compared with the control group after treatment, the HR and MAP levels were lower in experiment group(P<0.05), and the wake up time and the recovery time of spontaneous breathing were shorter(P<0.05), and the success rate of wake up had no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05), and the times of cough and restlessness, and the number of intraoperative awareness during operation were less in experiment group than that of control group(P<0.05)Conclusion:Remifentanil combined with dexmedetomidine in functional brain glioma resection has little effect on heart rate and mean arterial pressure during intraoperative waken-up and can reduce the incidence of adverse events, and promote the recovery of patients, worthy of clinical promotion.
